Chyrl Wensley CEO and Owner Chyrl Wensley is CEO of the company and the majority
owner. She is from Roswell, New Mexico. Chyrl graduated from Southwest Business College in 1975 with an Advanced
Marketing Degree. She has 10 years experience as an office manager and takes care of all of CTD's accounting, insurance,

Ronald Wensley VP of Engineering Ronald
Wensley is our lead engineer with over 30 years experience in the process control field. Starting with the US Army,
Ron began learning about complex control systems with the Nike Missle System. From there he worked for El Paso Electric
Company and eventually became the Electrical, I & C, and CEMS Supervisor. Ron also worked for Calpine Corporation
as a Commissioning Engineer of new power plant control systems. Recently he has worked as an Electrical Manager with
Alliant Energy. He has a BSEE degree from Kennedy-Western University. Ronald is also a member of the IEEE - Control
